WebPack
Carillon's WebPack module
allows third parties (customers, salespeople, vendors, suppliers,
etc.) to securely see their real-time information in a browser
on your web site. For example, customers can see information
about paid and unpaid invoices, outstanding orders, and they
can even retrieve the carrier tracking number for an order
that's just been shipped. You can enter a sales order
in Carillon's Order Entry window and it will immediately
be available for the customer to review in WebPack.
Security is tight. WebPack
users will only be able to see their own information and
they will only be able to see the types of information that
you permit.
Implementation of this module
can reduce the number of phone inquiries and increase the
satisfaction of your customers, salespeople, vendors and
suppliers.
